C Lazy U Ranch

Located in the heart of Colorado’s stunning Rocky Mountains, C Lazy U is Colorado’s premier luxury guest ranch getaway.  Known for its five-star service and accessibility from Denver, C Lazy U is one of the few remaining places where guests can experience a vacation or retreat far from the stresses of everyday life and filled with the rich traditions of the American West dating back to 1919.

C Lazy U Ranch is perfect for your corporate retreat.  The Ranch specializes in offering a “bucket list” experiential incentive for groups during the Spring and Fall months.  June through August is the family high season so we recommend the shoulder seasons for our groups.  The property features a collection of rustically-elegant cabin accommodations, with gourmet dining, fine wines, a full-service “Lazy You” spa, and 8,500 acres of adventure.  A multitude of activities include horseback riding, swimming, tennis, mountain biking, hiking, Orvis-endorsed fly fishing, hunting, yoga, a zip line and ropes course, trap shooting and archery in the warmer months.  Winter months allow guests to do snowcat excursions, private on-ranch skiing, sledding, snow tubing, ice hockey and skating on a Zamboni-groomed pond, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and more.

C Lazy U Guest Ranch was recently recognized as the 3rd best Resort in Colorado and the 9th best resort in the United States by the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards.

Let True West Incentive Travel arrange the perfect retreat at the ranch for your most discriminating clients.

Sorrel River Ranch

Sorrel River Ranch is set in a majestic Colorado River valley just 17 miles from Moab, the closest town to Arches and Canyonlands National Park.  The 160 acre ranch offers iconic western views of buttes and mesas and the Colorado River flows just yards from the luxurious cabin accommodations.  If you are adventurous enough to let True West Incentive Travel plan your experiential incentive program, then there is only one accommodation in the Moab region that we will put you in, and this is the place.  While Sorrel River Ranch does not have all the activities of some other ranches, we can still saddle you up for a horse ride through country you won’t forget and serve you an awesome gourmet dinner experience as you watch the colors change on the red sandstone cliffs. If you give us 3 or 4 full days for your program then we’ll use the ranch for your home base from where we’ll take you off the beaten into a wonderland of rafting, jeeping, mountain biking, and canyoneering.  This is truly one of the greatest outdoor playgrounds in America.

Tombstone Monument Ranch

Tombstone Monument Ranch is located further from Tucson but just a few miles from the historic town of Tombstone and is the only ranch of its kind in this region.  Styled as an old west town, the ranch has only 18 uniquely decorated rooms making it perfect for small group buyouts.  Where else can you take over your own western town for a corporate retreat and relax in the old west style bar with swinging doors?  Desert horse riding, shooting, archery, and evening entertainment will keep your guests entertained for the duration of their stay. The close proximity to historic Tombstone offers you a chance to learn the true stories of the famous “town too tough to die” which once boasted 110 saloons and 14 gambling halls and eventually gained its lasting fame from the Shootout at the OK Corral.  This ranch offers your client a chance to step back into the time of the cowboys, the Apaches, and the rugged old west.

White Stallion Ranch

White Stallion Ranch near Tucson has been family-owned for more than 50 years and used for famous Western movies and TV shows for over 70 years.  True for all southwest desert ranches, you are guaranteed excellent weather for almost the entire year.  With a huge herd of riding horses this ranch offers a wonderful location to ride through the desert washes and up into the rugged mountains surrounded by iconic Saguaro cactus.  Both beginning riders and experienced will be matched to their ability on the trails and in the rodeo arena where we can also produce unique challenges and team building for your group. The incredibly friendly and flexible staff will assist us in customizing your ranch experience to include the perfect activities to fit your client’s needs.  The 41 guest rooms are tasteful, authentic, comfortable, and a perfect fit for the environment.  Nothing is as glorious as a night in the desert with stars so close you can touch them.
