True West Joins the Grand Circle Association

In late September I journeyed to Ouray, Colorado, one of my favorite towns in all of the West. The reason this time was to attend my inaugural meeting as a new member of the Grand Circle Association (GCA), an organization I had followed for many years but not joined until now. It was about time I do so, and in Ouray I got to reconnect with some old friends and suppliers and meet new ones as well. True West benefits from this Association and therefore our clients do as well. We suppliers of travel in the Southwest USA are a small, close-knit bunch and while I’ve known and worked with many of the suppliers in the GCA, and was pleased to see them again in Ouray, there are always new suppliers coming on board who I got to meet. By meeting these new suppliers I can incorporate the latest services into the incentive programs that we create for clients of True West. This keeps our programs fresh and adds to the opportunities we can offer our clients. And having close relationships with our suppliers is a wonderful thing since we can work in harmony to offer travelers the most authentic experiences in the Rockies and Southwest. Experiences which include living and learning the history of the miners, cowboys and Native Americans, as well as modern-day adventures (jeeping, biking, rafting, etc.) are what make the area of the Grand Circle so unique in America. There is really no place else like it and I urge you all to come for a visit. I can guarantee you will remember it for your lifetime.
